RELOCATING TO SALT SPRING

THERE ARE A FEW THNGS I LIKE MY CLIENTS TO KNOW:

1.

Feeling welcomed MAKES A DIFFERENCE

No one wants to feel like a stranger in a strange land. It’s always better to have somebody on hand to greet and guide you. This is really important when you’re looking for the quickest way to feel at home when moving to an Island like SALT SPRING.

I’ve been through it myself, I understand how difficult it can be to find your way or to help your family to feel comfortable in a new place. That’s why I help my clients not just to find the right home, but also to understand the unique pockets throughout SALT SPRING ISLAND.

2.

It’s a FAMILY AFFAIR

One of the real challenges of moving to Salt Spring Island is making sure your family is as comfortable in the new situation as you are.

I like to help by working with your whole family to understand your interests and tastes to get a sense of where you’ve come from, as well as what you’re looking for in moving to Salt Spring Island. That allows me to steer you towards the areas that will work best for you and your family.

3.

It’s a PROCESS

Where to begin? Often I will start conversations with my clients over Skype, even long before their intended move. That’s the great thing about connectivity; it makes it easy to have conversations and to create comfortable connection.

The process starts with a conversation, and it leads to suggestions and a plan. I am always aware of myself as an ambassador of Salt Spring Island when I’m helping people who are moving here.

There are many different options available for home buyers. From low maintenance townhouses and single level properties located close to Ganges or unique acreage and hobby farms on the north and south ends of the Island. Waterfront estates…and homes with spectacular views too!

It’s important to keep in mind your lifestyle, interests and proximity to amenities when looking for your new home.

4.

SALT SPRING ISLAND AWAITS YOU

One of the many services I offer my clients is an in-depth tour of the island. It’s important that you know the lay of the land. This is even more important on an Island like Salt Spring due to the very nature of it’s topography and position within the Gulf Islands. Looking at property on-line is really helpful but you won’t know the space, light and views available until your physically check them out.
